xMatters is kicking off a charity program which is not only company, but community-wide. Our goal is to reach as many people as possible in hopes of building powerful momentum in making a positive difference in our communities and around the world. We would like to encourage you to join us in striving to make the world a better place!
The culture of xMatters is based on community; therefore, we feel it is extremely important for all of us to come together as the same team to help one another by giving back and reaching out to those in need. At the end of the day, we are all in this together.
There are so many different ways to get involved, but we will be focusing on one specific charity at a time to ensure that we are thorough in our efforts and able to build a solid foundation.
The current charity that is our primary focus is called The Pajama Program, a non-profit organization that provides pajamas and bedtime books to children in need throughout the United States and around the world. Learn more by visiting http://pajamaprogram.org/WordPress/
We welcome you to make your donation directly to our focused charity and post a comment below so that we can all appreciate your generosity! Visit the following link to donate directly to The Pajama Program.

Our company carried out a competition called The Biggest Loser, where our employees focused on team and personal goals to lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The prize for the individual who lost the most weight was rewarded with $800 USD.
Our very own 2012 Biggest Loser and VP of Consulting, JULE ZACHER, was gracious enough to donate her entire winnings to our focused charity without hesitation. Thanks to Jule, we are able to donate numerous bedtime books and pajamas to children all around the world.
We would like to hear your stories! Whether you donate money to a particular charity once a year, helped build houses over seas for those less fortunate, or volunteered at a homeless shelter; we would like to hear all about it.
What's your story?
