An updated integration was released today for CA Service Desk Manager 12.5. The major new feature added is the xMatters Mobile Access capability. This allows interacting in real time with incident, change, service, problem, and issue records on any browser based mobile device such as an iPhone, Blackberry, or Android. There is no software installed on the remote device. This feature allows typing in resolution text in an incident record remotely, or reading all of the details in a change record before deciding to approve or hold a change request.
